.After I reassured the children I was not going to make a 'Dump Cake' - I made the Rhubarb, Apple & Custard Pie - well two actually.

Was ready just in time for after school, it was cold (19c) and they wanted hot food....so much for having it after dinner !

That was cinnamon sugar on the top.. no I did not burn it !!

Might try the dump cake receipe soon?
